A high Turnitin AI score feels like an accusation, but it's an estimate, and it points to exact sentences. Lowering it is mostly about rewriting those sentences properly, not running the whole file through a tool.
1. Get the highlighted report

2. Rewrite the flagged sentences, not the whole file

3. Remove AI-style filler
- Generic intros and conclusions ("In conclusion, it is clear that...").
- Lists of three balanced adjectives.
- Transitions in every sentence ("Furthermore", "Moreover", "Additionally").
4. Undo heavy grammar-tool rewrites
